Welcome to Inkling Beauty Bar! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our services.

We offer the following services:
- Paramedical Tattooing: Including scar camouflage, areola restoration, stretchmark camouflage, and permanent makeup.
- Melanin Lightening: Including LED light therapy, exfoliants, and serums for dark areas on the body.
- Non-Laser Tattoo Removal: Specialized services for safe removal of unwanted tattoos using saline solution.
- Spray Tanning: Professional spray tanning services for a natural, sun-kissed appearance.

- Booking Appointments: Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or in-person. All appointments are subject to availability.
- Payment: Deposit Payment for Services must be made prior to or at the time of the service, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, credit card, and payment plans. Any applicable taxes or fees may be added to the final price.
- Cancellations and Refunds: We have a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you cancel within the specified time frame, a deposit refund will be provided. Cancellations made outside of this window may result in a cancellation fee or no refund.

- Consultations: You may be required to have an email/phone/text consultation prior to receiving any service. During the consultation, we will assess your suitability for the service based on your health and medical history.
- Pre-treatment Instructions: For certain services, you may be provided with pre-treatment instructions that must be followed to ensure the best possible results and minimize risks.
- Aftercare Instructions: After receiving a service, you will receive aftercare instructions that must be followed to ensure proper healing and optimal results. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in complications and may void any warranty or guarantees on the service.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding your health, medical history, and any other relevant information necessary for us to provide our Services safely. You must be at least 18 years old to receive certain Services. We may refuse service if you fail to disclose important health or medical information.

- Tattooing and Removal Risks: All tattooing and removal procedures carry inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, scarring, and infection. While we follow industry-standard safety protocols, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any procedure.
- Melanin Lightening Risks: Melanin lightening treatments may cause temporary redness, irritation, or pigmentation changes. Results may vary depending on skin type and response to treatment.
- Spray Tanning Risks: Spray tanning may cause skin irritation for sensitive individuals. It is recommended to perform a patch test before the full application.

- Follow Instructions: It is your responsibility to follow the pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided by us. Failure to do so may negatively affect the results of the service and may result in additional costs.
- Provide Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate health information and notifying us of any medical conditions that may affect the service.
- Restrictions: You must be at least 18 years old and fall within the guidelines presented to you to receive certain services.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Inkling Beauty Bar, its staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or any products we provide. You agree to hold Inkling Beauty Bar harmless from any claims or damages related to your use of our services.

All content on our website and in any marketing materials, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Inkling Beauty Bar and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without permission.
